Matteroom Prime provides a customized matter management solution to lawyers and legal partners. With matter centered, it includes Matter Management, Project Management, Time Management, Expense Management, Billing Management, Customer Management and KPI, etc. At the same time, Matteroom Prime can also connect with information management systems from leading industry, including iManage, Workshare, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office 365, and G Suite, which greatly improves the work efficiency of the lawyer team.
Main Modules:
Matter Management includes Matter creation, approval and relevant information management during the process of matter management.
Project management includes all work milestone and task processes in a matter project management.
Client management includes Client, Contact Person, Opposite Party, Engagement Entity basic information and Client relationship management.
Time management Using Timesheet record the working hours for the matter project anytime and anywhere, which can be directly integrated with the bill to facilitate.
Expense Management includes Matter items expense records and reimbursement, which can also control complex expense management process.
Billing Management includes the management of bills, collection records and invoices, combined with the timing function, which makes full-featured electronic billing possible in one platform.
KPI Management customized modules can be configured according to customer needs to provide more intuitive and flexible data reports.
Employee Management includes employee information view, edit, search and export, check and update employee information in time.
The following part is one of the modules of Matteroom introduction, Client Management.
Client
New/Edit/Delete
Select Client Option under (which is on the left of MATTEROOM), it will open Client page with Client lists displayed. You can also access to Client page via Clients under quick links, which display on the left of Matter page.
You can define the default filter that display in Client page. For example, if you would like to see Recent Client list by default, you need to select Recent Clients, then click Pin icon, to set it as Pinned filter. It will display Recent Clients list by default each time you switch or access to Client page.
New Client
Click Create button on the right-top of the Client page, there will be Add Client box pops up with frequently used fields need to fill in or select, please pay more attention to the ones with *, which are mandatory fields that required. Click Save button to add a new client with “saved successfully” prompts.
If click Save and Create New, with new client created successfully, another “Add Client” box pops up Subsequently, to make New Client available.
Edit Client
Click Client in Client list, to open Client page, then edit or update client info here by click pencil iron, this pencil iron displays when mouse hovers over.
While for field with lock iron on the right, such as Client no, could not be updated.
Delete Client
Select Delete option from drop-down list on the right of desired Client in the list, to delete Client. Select “Confirm” for pop-up “Delete the client”, client will be deleted successfully if client is not associated with matter.
Otherwise, Client will be failed to delete with following Prompt information pops up
Contact
New/Edit/Delete
Switch to Contact Person under Entities, Contact Person list with Pinned filter will display on the right of the window.
Click Add on the top-right of the page to add new contact person as needed, input mandatory fields with *, such as Contact Name, Affiliate Client and other related info as needed. Click Save to add a new Contact Person successfully. New Contact Person will be added automatically in All Contacts with “Saved Successfully” prompts. Use Save and Create New to add more Contacts.
Select Edit from drop-down list for specific Contact Person, update contact info in Edit Contact Person pop-up window.
Mobile, Tel, and Email info can also be updated or added in Contact list directly via pencil icon, click corresponding fields, select Confirm Option under the list to save the updates. Otherwise, updated info will display with yellow background once move mouse to other fields.
Select Delete from drop-down list for desired Contact Person, choose “Confirm” in the “Delete the contact person” pop-up to delete contact as needed. Contact could not be deleted if the Client that Contact Person belongs to is associated with the matter.
Related to Client
Engagement Entity
Click Engagement Entity option to open Engagement Entity list page to handle engagement entity activities.
New/Edit/Delete

You can also manage Opposite Party as needed.
