People

Matteroom People module can handle with employee management. Select and click People option in the menu, to go to People list page.

 

Edit Basic Information

On employee list page, click the drop-down triangle Edit button on the right, you can edit employee info in Edit employee pop-up window.

Add Secretary/Assistant for Partner

The partner can bind the Secretary in the column of secretary / Assistant. After binding the Secretary, the Secretary has all the rights of the partner except approval.

You can also search by using filter on the top right of People list page, search People according to Office, Practice Area as needed. It displays all the employee info by default.

You can also Export employee info with corresponding ones selected, or all the employees.
